VISION ONLINE SERVICES-IMPORTANT NOTICE

CHANGES TO VISION ONLINE SERVICE

 

The existing Vision Online Services website www.myvisiononline.co.uk had being replaced with a new website called Patient Services www.patient-services.co.uk.

 

If you log in to the old website you will be automatically transferred to the new website

 

The new website includes a help section for patients and includes user guides/videos on how patients migrate to the new website and use the services available.  Please copy the following link into your web browser to access the patient online help.

The video tutorial on the website of  "Migrating to Patient Services" is really helpful to take you through the process of moving from the old to the new system.

It’s simple - the newly designed website is faster, easier to use and works beautifully on Smartphones and tablets as well as computers.

             

What’s staying the same?

Patients can continue to:

 

  • Book and cancel appointments
  • Order your repeat prescriptions
  • View your medication history
  • View your allergies
  • Access your surgery online at any time, wherever you are

 

Repeat Prescriptions

 

You won't be able toorder repeat prescriptions via our surgery website anymore. If you are not already registered to vision online service please email to qmcreception@nhs.net
